Changing your e-mail address

The MyMinFin profile no longer registers a personal e-mail address. If you wish to receive messages from the FPS Finance by e-mail, you must now use the centralised federal service Myebox : https://myebox.be/fr
For any questions about using the e-box :  https://myebox.be/fr/webform/contact.
Please also note that it is preferable to maintain a valid email address on your national identification profile on the following site : https://csam.be/en/egov-profile.html.

My e-box (Citizen) (supported exclusively by BOSA and not MyMinfin)

e-Box Entreprise (support exclusivement par la sécurité sociale et non MyMinfin)

Documents are not opened on an iPhone or iPad

    • You need to disable the pop-up blocker. (set to grey instead of green)

Documents will not open on an iPhone or iPad with certain lower versions of IOS15

Use ONLY the Chrome browser to access MyMinfin (if you don't have it, install it via the App Store) and set it as your default browser if you use itsme®.

Unlike Safari, Google Chrome requires a download confirmation.

    • Click on "Download" at the bottom of your screen.

Once the document has been downloaded, a new option appears:

    • "Open in...". Click on it.

    You have several options.

    • Read via a PDF reader application (download one first if you don't have one) and open the document in this application.
    • Print the document, which will then offer you a PDF printout (if you have never installed a wireless printer on your device).
    • Send it by email so that it can be opened on a computer in PDF format.

Please note: since 1 April 2020, many of our applications are no longer supported via Internet Explorer.

We therefore advise you to use another browser such as Microsoft Edge (if you are using Windows 10) or Mozilla Firefox.
